">Bruce WhealtonThis is what I wrote before my birthday on the 22nd of April. I was overwhelmed by the darkness that night before my birthday and the feeling of utter despair, loneliness and isolation.
Long tiring walk home
alone on a dark silent night -
tomorrow my birthday
tears make it hard
to see and write
my suicide note.
