- Note: We are accepting poems for our next edition of Word Salad Poetry Magazine, the Winter 2008 edition, due out near the end of this year.

Many poets find it helpful to submit poems in a format such as MS Word. You may email your poems as an attachment to the email message. We can accept a few formats for poetry submissions, including MS Word, Open-Office, and PDF. This ensures that the poems display on our end the same way that you intended to have the poems displayed on the page. Sometimes, the forms that we use on the site will throw in random characters or remove all the spacing and line breaks making a poem look like it was not formatted as a poem.
- We must have a valid email address and name/pen name or we cannot use your poetry submission(s).
- Please also read the poems written by the staff and the other poems posted here on this site to get an idea as to the kind of poems we publish.
- When submitting poetry for publication, via email, please use for the subject of the email, "Word Salad Poetry Submissions."
